Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at Rewind, you will be at the heart of our mission, focusing on deepening the value we provide to our current customers. Your focus will be on our mid-market to enterprise customers (100-1000 employees). You may recognize names like Lutron, Stanley or Carta - these companies are all using Rewind. Your role will involve a strategic blend of customer engagement and innovative product development, ensuring our solutions continually exceed customer expectations in the dynamic B2B SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a strong product roadmap that delivers on our strategic goals.
  • Every week, speak directly with our customers to discover how to improve our product.
  • Synthesize conversations into insights and opportunities to share with the product team.
  • Collect customer insights from internal teams, collating them into opportunity areas.
  • Write clear, concise, and complete specifications always in collaboration with our product designer and engineering, along with other stakeholders as required.
  • Know the commercial context of product work, including NDR and margin, owning elements like pricing.
  • Collaborate strongly with Product Design throughout discovery and delivery.
  • Work with engineering to reduce scope to ship customer value every two weeks.
  • Present demos regularly at the Rewind Round Up.
  • Measure customer and company value for everything you ship.
  • Ensure we do not ship poor quality products.
  • Give those who market, sell, and support our product what they need to perform their best.
  • Act with urgency and agency, actively avoid busywork, and be curious. 

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, as well as experience building product for 100-1000 employee, mid-market, companies.

You also have:

  • Experience with early-stage products going from MVP to product-market fit.
  • Experience in evolving products based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in customer research and engagement, with a track record of using insights to drive product decisions.
  • A track record of speaking directly with mid-market customers in customer development interviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to work across multiple projects, aligning on goals and deliverables.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you roll up your sleeves, thrive in chaos, and get things done.
