Rewind is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Intern to join our Operations team for a 4-month term. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate to gain hands-on experience in data management, CRM systems, and revenue optimization strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot to ensure data integrity and reliability 
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements relating to data entry and automation 
• Assist the Senior RevOps Analyst in various tasks related to sales, marketing and customer support to enhance operational efficiency 
• Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing 
• Maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Revenue Operations team
• Gather and distill feedback from cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and customer support. 
• Help audit existing processes and systems to ensure maximum efficiency in day-to-day operations within the RevOps function.

We are looking for candidates that are currently enrolled in (or have recently graduated from) a business degree program who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

You should also have: 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with advanced functions within Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
