Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the VP, Revenue will be responsible for driving Rewind’s growth through effective partnership development, sales conversion, and customer retention strategies. The  VP, Revenue will work closely with our go to market executives and help drive Rewind's continued success. You will build scalable revenue processes, identify opportunities for optimization and expansion while delivering value to our customers and partners. 

In this role, you can expect to: 

  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that aligns with Rewind’s overall business objectives and sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing revenue team, including sales, customer success, and partnerships.
  • Create and manage a revenue forecast and pipeline that accurately reflects Rewind's revenue potential.
  • Work with the GTM team to drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, sales conversion, and customer retention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with other functional leaders to identify and implement cross-functional initiatives 
  • Analyze and report on key revenue metrics, and use data to inform decisions and optimize revenue strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve revenue generation strategies.

Qualifications

To be successful you should have 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology company and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

You should also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
