We are looking for a full-time Product Designer to join Reward Gateway. Joining the Plovdiv team, in the role of a full-time Product Designer, you will use your superior Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch skills to bring magic to our new and existing products by creating high-quality visuals. Being part of the Product team will mean that you will work closely with Developers, Product Managers and QAs. You will have to be able to work on several projects simultaneously and allocate the relevant amount of time on each project.

 

Nothing will be more important to your success than having in-depth knowledge of web and mobile visuals with User Centred Design at the heart of them. You’ll be expected to intimately understand all the features of what makes an appealing and user-friendly page layout, and capable of coming up with imaginative and on-brand ways to display content.

 

 On this position you will be responsible for:

Communicating with Product Managers to discuss the product objectives and requirements of the project;

Estimating the time required to complete the work;

Interpreting the project needs and producing visuals in accordance with product briefs and visual guidelines;

Running user interviews and usability sessions;

Synthesising research findings into clear user pain patterns;

Producing user flows and problem statements based on research;

Producing accurate and high-quality work;

Presenting and explaining final results;

Adopting Agile methodology, team of Backend and Frontend developers and QAs;

Reviewing the implementation of the design, reporting issues and suggesting improvements;

Following the UI style guides and suggesting further improvements;

 

Technical knowledge and skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch – you must have superb skills in Photoshop, Illustrator for web and also advanced knowledge of a wire-framing software;

You will need a good understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript;

Fluent in spoken and written English;

Extensive experience in creating user-centered UI based on solid research;

Extensive experience in native mobile design for both Android and iOS platforms;

A deep understanding of accessibility standards;

Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines;

The ability to produce fresh, innovative and appealing concepts for new and existing projects;

Able to act on own initiative, delivering projects without immediate supervision;

A 'can do' approach, willingness to learn;

Ability to work well under pressure;

An enthusiastic team player;

Willingness to work outside ‘normal’ working hours as required;

Good working knowledge of Mac is desirable, but not compulsory;

 

This is a Global role.

You’ll have to work collaboratively across the whole of Reward Gateway. Through working with the whole company you will get first hand experience of our service standards and commitments to our clients. Using this first hand experience will enable you to deliver products that tie together the disparate elements of the business.
