Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Booking and Reservations Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients looking to schedule photoshoots, video productions, and reserve our studio spaces. This person will manage incoming inquiries, confirm availability, coordinate scheduling logistics, and ensure clients have a smooth and professional experience with Revolt Studios.

 

  • Handle all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms related to bookings and studio availability

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for photoshoots, video sessions, and studio rentals

  • Coordinate with the production and creative teams to manage studio calendars efficiently

  • Maintain and update the booking management system with accurate availability and client details

  • Follow up with clients regarding bookings, deposits, contracts, and pre-shoot requirements

  • Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and available packages

  • Ensure all studio reservation policies and procedures are clearly communicated and followed

  • Address client concerns or questions professionally and promptly

  • Assist with day-of logistics such as checking in clients and ensuring studio readiness (if onsite)

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, reservations, front desk, or scheduling roles (preferably in a creative or studio setting)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling platforms, CRMs, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small, creative team

  • Availability on evenings and weekends is a plus
