Revolt Studios is an international photography and video production company located in Los Angeles, CA with offices in Dallas, TX and New York City. We're actively seeking to hire support staff for various job
functions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day financial transactions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely billing and collections, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Salary Range: $42,000 - $48,000 based on experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST to align with our corporate office.
