Seeking a highly motivated individual to help expand our East Coast sales organization . Support 3 successful sales reps. We are looking for a self-starter with solid technical skills who will guide our customers through their experience and provide technical assistance to the direct and channel sales teams. Hands on experience in performing information security activities as well as an ability to effectively execute and manage technical activities supporting the sales process are critical to this position.

ReversingLabs develops cyber threat detection and mitigation tools that address the the latest directed attacks, advanced persistent threats and polymorphic malware. These threats routinely defeat current anti-virus scanner, white list, behavioral and sandbox technology thus requiring tedious, manual analysis by highly skilled experts. Our industry leading technology automates this manual process to provide hyper-fast processing of files to expose all internal objects and metadata to determine capabilities and intent. Our approach enables new protection paradigms that screen high volumes of files of any type, including Windows, Linux, mobile apps, documents, and firmware. Our customers include antivirus vendors, security vendors, government agencies, and commercial enterprises. ReversingLabs Sales Engineer – East Coast territory - Remote - Limited travel

We are looking for a self-starter with solid technical skills who will guide our customers through their RL experience and provide technical assistance to the direct and channel sales teams. Responsibilities 

  • Supporting sales operations in the designated territory.
  • Working closely with the direct sales team as well as partner sales staff in the region.
  • Presenting the entire Suite of products from a technical perspective.
  • Managing trials/POCs with multiple clients.
  • Completing RFPs and security questionnaires and other technical documentation as needed during the sales process.
  • Maintaining relationships with technical staff in information security departments across a variety of industries.
  • Focused, detail oriented and able to document activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the capability to present technical information and build rapport with a variety of audiences, including line technicians to C-Level Executives.
  • IT security experience with understanding of Computer Incident Response/Forensics.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced geographically dispersed organization.
  • Network communication troubleshooting experience with strong TCP/IP skills, familiarity with SMTP, IMAP, HTTP, and other Internet protocols.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting solutions deployed in enterprise networks, understanding of proxies, LDAP/Active Directory, E-mail Infrastructure and other related technologies.
  • Experience with Virtual Machine Environments.
  • Experience with SIEM and/or Threat Intelligence platforms.
  • Understanding of laws and regulatory requirements driving customer IT security programs.
  • Experience completing RFPs and customer security questionnaires to enable deal closure.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to manage information using SalesForce.com.
  • Capable of managing multiple high priority tasks to successful completion.
  • Ability to travel 

Bonus Skills

  • Hands-on experience in providing information security services such as assessments, penetration tests, Security Operations Center.
  • Hands-on experience in social engineering testing and analysis.
  • Experience creating and managing YARA rule sets.
  • Hands-on experience in incident response and computer forensics.
  • Experience as a presenter on information security topics at conferences and events.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or the equivalent preferred
  • sales engineering in the information security field
