Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that bring innovative products to market. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, this role will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, collaborating across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other impacted organizations. The ideal candidate combines exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of launching products successfully, harnessing AI-driven tools and analytics to optimize workflows, improve predictability, and ensure impactful results. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver critical product launches on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively mitigating risks and dependencies. 
  • Coordinate activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and adoption. 
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability. 
  • Leverage AI-powered project management tools and data-driven insights to forecast risks, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making. 
  • Drive post-launch evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer and business impact. 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (PMP or equivalent certification preferred). 
  • ​8+ years of progressive project management experience, including significant involvement in taking products to market and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Proven expertise in go-to-market execution, with experience coordinating across product, marketing, and sales functions. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. 
  • Comfort with Claude Enterprise and other AI tools, using AI for stakeholder synthesis, risk registers, launch readiness, and status reporting. 

 

Preferences / Nice-to-Haves 

  • Advanced certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile Practitioner). 
  • Exposure to AI-driven project analytics or digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS required; vertical SaaS, manufacturing technology, or PE-backed environments strongly preferred.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, bonus eligible position.  Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
