We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Revenue Accountant to join our growing team.  This role reports to the Revenue Manager and will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting and financial operations related to recognizing revenue.

• Complete the revenue close process, ensuring it is completed in accordance with GAAP and company policy
• Assist with contract review and opportunity approval to maintain ASC606 compliance 
• Reconcile deferred revenue to validate year over year balance changes
• Assist in the management of the ARR snowball and gross retention reporting to be distributed to CFO for board review
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation files and identify and resolve exposures 

• B.S. or B.A. in Accounting or equivalent.  
• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS and revenue accounting & financial operations
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and internal controls

Preferred Qualifications: 

• NetSuite experience 
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• Mergers & Acquisitions experience 
• Private equity background
