Reporting to the Head of Consulting, the main tasks will include performing detailed data analysis, client diagnostics, commercial modelling, supporting  procurement cost & process optimisation programmes and tracking project benefits.

Job Description

The Role

  • Evaluating data and business and or procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing client solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of data, business & procurement processes and developing recommended improvement strategies and plans.
  • Undertaking client procurement diagnostics and cost modelling; producing opportunity analysis and reports.
  • Working with clients and gathering client data information and producing reports.
  • Managing and tracking client savings & benefits from cost optimisation programmes and projects.
  • Working closely and supporting Programme Leads & project teams to understand client requirements and to set/manage expectations.
  • Work with project teams to develop and or co-ordinate project plans and monitor project performance.

Qualifications

Your Experience

·        2 years + relevant business analyst and cost modelling experience.

·        Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.

·        The ability to communicate complex issues and challenges in a simplified way.

·        Strong problem solving and influencing skills.

·        Excellent PMO skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with client stakeholders and internal consultants to determine acceptable solutions.

·        Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

·        Advanced knowledge and competency in using data visualisation tools (Microsoft Power BI and Tableau) and other Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
