- Follow established incident, problem, change, and configuration management practices to protect client environments and ensure work is performed with appropriate planning and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve recurring administrative work using tools such as PowerShell and managed-services automation platforms.
- Maintain accurate client documentation, configurations, procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Provide clear and timely updates within service tickets, including troubleshooting performed, decisions made, client communications, resolution details, and next steps.
- Accurately record time and work activity to support client communication, service reporting, capacity planning, and operational accountability.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support for critical incidents or planned changes when needed.
- Work collaboratively with technical and client-facing teams to deliver solutions aligned with each client’s operational and business needs.

- Experience working within established ticketing, documentation, change-management, and time-entry processes.
- A willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support.
- A Microsoft role-based certification, or an equivalent technical certification, is preferred.
