Job Description

Resultant is a rapidly growing consulting and managed services firm who partners with our clients with purpose by helping them leverage technology to positively impact our communities. Our vision is to be a highly regarded leader for outsourced IT and innovative specialty and application services for mid-market companies and public sector organizations. We seek a dynamic and experienced leader to join our managed services team to drive our efforts to elevate client engagement, offer virtual CIO services, and help ensure that our team is an extension of our clients’ technology teams.

As the Senior Director of Client Success, you will oversee the team who manages client relationships for our managed services clients, ensuring exceptional quality, client satisfaction, project & product sales, and existing client MRR growth. We are looking for a proactive team member to position Resultant as a trusted technology advisor to existing clients by delivering business impact and innovation to their business by understanding their key business issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Managing Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships private sector mid-market and public sector clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service expansion. Willingness to travel to clients to help build client relationships.

Managing Client Health: Lead Client Business Reviews focusing on topics such as service quality, client strategy, vendor management, application portfolio management

Elevating Client Experience: Create a consistent and valued customer experience by delivering against scalable and repeatable methodologies and proven best practices.

Demonstrating Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Resultant to ensure the successful delivery of IT managed services.

Executing Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, diversified, and sustainable business plan for development activities with short- and long-term goals and strategies

Inspiring the team while being a player-coach: Be an inspirational leader and create a vibrant, inclusive culture that inspires people to do their best work. Will be responsible for managing key client relationships as well as building and managing an both engagement management staff and process.

Managing the Metrics: Manage and achieve key business metrics including client profitability, pipeline, growth, and satisfaction

Qualifications

 

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience – MSP or consulting experience is required.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading strategic initiatives, managing teams, and driving business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong track record of building and maintaining executive-level client relationships and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Fundamental understanding of IT concepts including enterprise architecture, business applications, IT service management, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies and an ability to translate for executive level business stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Innovation: A passion for innovation and a demonstrated ability to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
