Job Description
The Client Success Leader role at Resultant is a Senior Leadership role with significant responsibilities and expectations. The Client Success Leader’s primary responsibility is to oversee the delivery of Resultant’s services and grow a segment of clients we do business with (book of business). The position is open to individuals who can perform at a high level Senior Consultant or above. The Client Success Leader currently reports to the VP of Private Sector – Data Services.

Responsibilities:
The Client Success Leader is responsible for growing the book of business and ensuring delivery excellence. As such she/he is expected to lead and manage a group of client accounts and a team of Resultant consultants. Responsibilities of this role can be summarized into these core responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with sales team to architect pre-sales solutions
Negotiate Win-Win opportunities with our clients around financials, scope, and timeline
Create or own the creation of SOWs, RFPs, and solution proposals for you owned accounts
Partner with New Business team to champion technical solutions and win new-logos
Partner with sales to draft/review SOWs, RFPs, and solution proposals for supported accounts
Ensure excellence in the delivery of services
Gain knowledge and insight on assigned industries
2. Follow through with post-sale expansion
Oversee and expand client solutions
Create relationships within accounts
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by reviewing quality assurance on projects
Provide technical support sales in acquisition of new logos
Contribute to Resultant’s strategic vision and operational efficiency
3. Supervise and professionally develop team
Be an intentional leader of people
Absorb overhead by balancing utilization (Target: 25%) with sales/expansion
Administer thorough annual reviews to direct reports
Clear understanding and support of our Delivery Excellence Framework.
Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with the following experience, characteristics, and skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering solutions comparable to those Resultant delivers (Application Development, Data warehousing, data visualization, data analytics, data science, etc.)
A clear understanding of his/her own unique values and abilities.

Experience leading teams and/or projects (ideally multi-person / multi technology projects)
Formal project management experience and/or training.
Experience / capable of performing a hands-on role in one or more of our core technologies (a degree of technical depth).
Ability to “talk the talk” regarding all of Resultant’s solution sets.
A natural propensity to sell or support the sales process.
Establish trust with the executive team, current Client Success Leaders, and our sales team.
Respected and trusted by peers across the organization.
Self-motivated and a self-starter with good time-management skills.
Passionate to learn and grow in breadth or depth related to data solutions, consulting services, and industry knowledge.
Excellent communicator both verbally and in written form.
Ability to craft stories (organize the message) during sales process, assessments, project status, presentations, proposals etc.).
Strong skills across Microsoft Office platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to use Tableau for internal self-service reporting needs.
Ability to participate in data warehouse strategies and familiarity with the Kimball methodology.
