Job Description

This role is hybrid, a combination of remote work and onsite client work in and around the Georgia area.

To help support Resultant’s rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need a OCM Consultant to join our Atlanta, GA team. In this role, you’ll work to design, develop and deploy change management strategies to enable the people side of change around critical data, technology and digital transformation efforts. As the OCM Consultant, you will collaborate with project managers and technical teams consisting of data engineers, data scientists, and technologists to solve problems and drive meaningful outcomes. We are looking for someone with a combination of a solid change management background and project delivery experience to work in the early childhood education space. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client’s strategic needs, objectives and risk factors associated with deploying new process, data, or technology solutions. 
  • Assess the level of organization change management support required based on change scope and complexity, as well as organizational change readiness. 
  • Develop client-specific strategies leveraging proven organization change management frameworks and approaches to drive end user proficiency and adoption. 
  • Design, deploy and measure impact of organization change management strategies across areas of sponsorship, communication/engagement, resistance management, management coaching, training, governance, and reinforcement.  
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate organization change management efforts into broader project plans and support the overall project success. 
  • Build effective relationships across all client levels while establishing impact of organization change management efforts on business outcomes. 

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be located in Atlanta, Georgia (or surrounding areas) to interact with clients and occasional onsite meetings. (If you're willing to relocate, please indicate your preference in your application)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and will visit client monthly
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.  
  • 5+ years of organization change management experience required (federal or state government experience a plus)  
  • Change management certification a plus (e.g., Prosci) 
  • Extensive experience in establishing and executing change management strategies to support data, technology and digital transformation efforts  
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management; comfortable in executive-level settings  
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multiple teams  
  • Collaborative team player who is detailed oriented and focused on solution quality and execution 
  • Early childhood educational experience a plus

With that said, the pay range is between 60-70k for Colorado residents and is subject to change per the factors mentioned above.
