Resultant was founded as KSM Consulting in 2008. 

To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need Associate Consultants who are passionate about helping clients develop solutions to business problems, to join our team. This role is diverse in nature and looks different depending on department and team you work with. We need someone with strong versatility and a willingness to learn things quickly. Please consider what your typical days might look like:

Responsibilities include:

• Perform Project Management duties including budget management, scheduling, meeting notes, maintaining schedules, tracking tasks, project health management, and providing follow-up to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Perform Business Analyst duties by working with business and technology leadership to define, prioritize, and achieve strategic objectives for projects/platforms
• Communication; Develop strong, compelling presentations and documentation to help clients understand and comprehend complex situations and technologies
• Support business requirements' activities by providing end-to-end analysis with respect to reporting data requirements, data flows, data modeling, workflow context and design
• Review test cases, prepare test data, and resolve issues
• Develop, troubleshoot, and support documentation
• Communicate status of projects to stakeholders regularly
• Grow and develop both Project Management and Business Analyst skills

Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting are:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline in areas of interest
• Excellent written and verbal communications, including technical writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, problem solve, and deliver results.
• Strong understanding of the current and emerging technology landscape, innovative trends and delivery best practices
• Strong analysis and presentation skills required, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Superior research and problem-solving skills founded on analytical rigor, strategic thinking and strong business judgment
• Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Ability to understand, elicit, and document functional and non-functional requirements and their impact to business objectives
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint), working knowledge of analytical software tools and project management tools
• Humble; High emotional intelligence (empathy); Strong work ethic
