Resultant was founded as KSM Consulting in 2008. 

We are looking for an Accounting Consultant to join our Financial Services team. Some of the duties and daily tasks that would be expected of you include:

• Accounts Payable: enter bills, manage vendor payment process
• Accounts Receivable:  invoicing process and cash application
• Account Reconciliation – bank and other balance sheet accounts
• Provide fixed asset accounting as needed
• Familiarity with payroll processing both internal and external
• Post transactions accurately and in timely fashion to accounts
• Run financial reports in Quickbooks Online on a regular basis
• Provide checks and balances for various reports and processes
• Assist other consultants in preparing monthly and yearly reports
• Assist in preparation of various tax filings; payroll, sales/use, year end corporate income tax, form 1099
• Interaction on-site with client management and staff
• Work with other consultants and client management to streamline processes
• Recommend ways to reduce operating expenses based upon detailed review
• Maintain a positive, customer service-oriented attitude
• Local travel as required

• Minimum of a 2 year degree in accounting
• 3+ years accounting experience
• A/P, A/R, and G/L account reconciliation experience
• Demonstrated Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables and advanced analytics 
• Must have experience with QB Online accounting software and Bill.com; experience with solutions that integrate with QBO is a plus.
• Accounting software implementation and conversion experience
• Clear written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Work independently as well as within team environment 
• Strong organizational skills including ability to set & meet deadlines, work under pressure, and pay strong attention to details
• Ability to work on multiple tasks across a variety of industries
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent attendance record
