Job Description

To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect you work with internal teams, our clients and enjoy doing the following:

  • Thrive on developing deep, value-based relationships with clients  
  • You are comfortable developing new operating models and organizational structures for our clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance in order to unlock value and meet desired business outcomes. 
  • Enjoy gathering and analyzing information from our clients to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve systems performance and operations, and orchestrate roadmaps, organizations, and operations to deliver this. 
  • Able to Identify areas of opportunity within a client’s organization to determine strategic implications and define detailed plans, inclusive of people, process and technology 
  • Leverage your technical knowledge of Infrastructure, Application Development, and DevOps to develop plans and approaches for Digital Transformation.  

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and technology roadmap for client facing projects.  
  • Discover, develop, and assist in implementation of process improvements for our clients’ IT systems and department. 
  • Provide direction to clients for overall design, direction, coordination, and evaluation of Information Technology security, infrastructure, data management, technical business analytics, and help desk systems support. 
  • Work with multi-skilled teams (UX Designers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers) on projects that touch a range of technical platforms and client programs within an enterprise  
  • Ensure compliance is met to the highest degree on security. 
  • Advise clients on building, developing, and managing a team capable of carrying out needed architectural initiatives. 
  • Drives technology transformation within the client organization to ensure that all solutions are aligned with company objectives. 
  • Assess and consult on business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss for clients organization 
  • Analyzes IT infrastructure to assess operating costs, productivity levels and upgrade requirements for clients 
  • Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers as needed 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity defining strategies and plans that improve and grow business outcomes 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience consulting, as a technologist or defining process and organizational solutions in a business environment 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent analytical and management skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • An ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies.  
  • Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within an organization.  
  • Deep understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure, application development, DevOps, and data solutions to build creative solutions to complex problems. 
  • An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out the “why”
