Resultant was founded as KSM Consulting in 2008. 

To help continue our rapid growth, we are searching for a Designer to serve on Resultant’s Brand team. As our lead designer, you’ll bring our brand to life across external, client, and employee executions, grabbing attention and amplifying our storytelling with visuals:

• Translating client needs and branding reqests into design strategies and systems. Going beyond the task to create reproducable templates to speed ongoing delivery.
• Work within and stretch our brand guidelines to create and design a variety of materials for print and digital including: eBooks, Whitepapers, Handbooks, Brochures, Data Sheets, Social Media images, web graphics, proposal graphics, flow charts, infographics, and more.
• Articulating and pitching design concepts to internal clients
• Execute creative direction for the company and continue enhancement of brand guidelines and how they are executed internally and externally
• Perform retouching and manipulation of photos and images
• Organization and maintainance of digital library of design assets
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects on time and on budget
• Demonstrated decision-making capabilities and soft skills for alignment building in order to maximize positive outcomes.

Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Skilled in PowerPoint layout
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail
• Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to evaluate choices critically and communicate design choices clearly
