Job Description: Commercial Business Development Consultant/Estimator

Restoration Personnel Source currently partnered with a well-established and growing company that provides a broad scope of restoration and remediation consulting services for the insurance claims community, with a focus on large commercial losses, who is searching for a Senior Insurance Consultant/Estimator to be based in their home office in Chicago, IL. This opportunity comes with the potential for future upward mobility into management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple projects and ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining calm and positive under pressure at all times.

  • Provide leadership while managing teams and projects.

  • Tracking all ongoing projects and reviewing loss reports & billing.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 15 – 20 years’ experience in Commercial Property Adjusting, with an emphasis on large commercial loss including property, industrial, and environmental.

  • Proficient in Xactimate, writing estimates for both remediation and reconstruction, and is experienced with developing/creating excel spreadsheets.

  • Experience managing adjusters and/or loss consultants, and ability to review and edit loss reports.

  • Possess excellent negotiating skills with contractors.

  • Bachelors’ degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.

Additional Information

Compensation package includes: Strong Base Salary from $125,000.00 to $160,000.00 w/Bonus or Commission Structure, Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, 401k Savings, and Profit-Sharing Plans, Company Computer and Cell Phone, Mileage Reimbursement, etc.
