Job Description

(General Manager / Branch Manager) - Insurance Restoration

Our client is in need of a successful, experienced General / Branch Manager for their office. Immediate Hire!

This firm responds to:

• Emergency and Reconstruction losses caused by water, wind, fire and mold

• Commercial, and Multi-Family Projects

• Offers upward mobility within the company

In this Management role, you will be:

• Manage general office profitability, implement procedures, hold key personnel accountable

• Responsible for achieving branch sales targets.

• Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction

• Ability to write accurate estimates and review job profitability

• Analyze and manage budgets

• Analyze and review Time and Materials invoices

• Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities

• 5+years managing an Insurance Restoration company or division

• Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams

• Knowledge of Xactimate is necessary

• WRT, ASD, Mold certifications, IICRC is a plus

• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects

• BA/BS required or equivalent experience

• Mitigation, Construction and Reconstruction experience
