Job Description

 (Multi-Family Project Manager)

• Exterior and Interior Restoration

Our client is in need of a successful, experienced Multi-family Project Manager for their office. Immediate Hire!

This firm responds to:

• Handles Capital and Improvement
• Multi-Family Projects
• Estimates fire, water, mold, and asbestos losses   
• Offers upward mobility within the company

In this Project Management role, you will be

• Growing the division 
• Responding to multi-family losses
• Maintain relationships with Adjusters,
  Property Managers and Commercial End-Users
• Handling losses from $20K to $200K
• Constructing and Negotiating an accurate Estimates in Xactimate

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a Disaster Restoration company as a reconstruction Project Manager  
• Experience with exterior reconstruction including roofing, sliding, and windows
• Asbestos background is a plus  
• Effective communicator and a Professional disposition

• A background with HOA’s and  property managers is encouraged

• A competitive base salary Up to $70,000.00 per year commiserate with experience
