Our client, a Full-Service Residential & Commercial Disaster Restoration firm is seeking an experienced professional to manage their reconstruction losses for rebuilds after emergency mitigation services. They are a seasoned and growing company in the Boston, MA service areas. 

Reconstruction Project Manager / Estimator - Disaster Restoration -

In this key role, you will have full Xactimate estimating responsibility for reconstruction losses. You will also project mange as well. All applicants MUST be Xactimate experienced and can demonstrate they
know it.

• 1+ years Reconstruction background
• 1 years previous experience in the Disaster Restoration industry
• Mitigation experience in water, fire, mold
• Ability to manage a high paced environment with multiple projects
• Detailed experience with Xactimate
• STRONG LEADERSHIP ABILITY/EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• People-oriented demeanor with the ability to relate to staff and clients.       
• Must pass a drug screen, driver’s license check and background check.
