Job Description

Mitigation Project Manager - Residential

Our client is in need of a dependable, experienced Mitigation Project Manager Superstar for their Boston, MA service area office. Immediate Hire!

This firm responds to:

• Emergency losses.
• Performs mitigation.
• Delivery quality customer service.

In this first responding role, you will be:

• Depended upon to care for customers in distress.
• Guide and manage mitigation team members to handle both structure and contents from additional damages.
• Manage the nature of the loss scope to stabilize the situation and prepare for reconstruction.

Job Qualifications

Mitigation Project Manager - Residential

• 1 year experience working as a Mitigation Project Manager for a Disaster Restoration contractor.
• Preferred IICRC certifications in Water (WRT), Drying (ASD) or Fire (FRST).
• Must have experience running mitigation losses with a small team.
• Willing to work on-call rotation to handle water losses.
• Possess a dependable work ethic.
• Operates with a commitment to accuracy of details.
• MUST be able to pass a Background Check. 
• MUST be able to pass a Drug Screen. 
• MUST be able to confirm a clean Driving Record.
• MUST be able to provide a valid Driver’s License.

A competitive annual salary of $50,000.00+ per year (depending upon experience).
