Senior Project Manager / Sales Estimator

- Disaster Mitigation/Reconstruction -

This firm responds to insurance based emergency losses. In this front-line operational management role in mitigation and reconstruction you will primarily oversee the process from beginning to end. You need to be an excellent communicator with all parties concerned. You also need to be proficient with Xactimate and be able to help oversee the estimating and use of Xactimate software to focus on accounting for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction water, fire, wind, mold restoration projects. 

Compensation:

• Previous disaster restoration operational experience
• The ability to sell the company services and increase sales
• Project management and estimating experience in disaster restoration
• Solid knowledge of Xactimate software
• The ability to lead and manage staff employees
• Ability to handle a loss from mitigation to reconstruction
• Have a clean driving record
• The ability to pass a background check
