Job Description

Project Manager • Commercial and Multi-Family Restoration •

Our client is in need of a successful, experienced Multi-family Project Manager for their office. Immediate Hire!

This firm responds to:

  • Emergency losses
  • Commercial and Multi-Family Projects
  • Estimates fire, water, and mold losses   
  • Offers upward mobility within the company

In this Project Manager role, you will:

  • Help sell and project manage a large-loss division
  • Coordinate a regional marketing effort
  • Develop a specific target group consisting of regional decision makers related to commercial, medical, industrial, hospitality, educational, government facilities and ownership groups
  • Develop a database of professional and vendor relationships with referral capabilities for a regional presence such as GA’s, PA’s, insurance companies and others
  • Develop a target group of 500+ end users who can trigger large-scale projects
  • Develop a target of 100+ referral sources that can refer business opportunities to company
  • Be willing to travel to help coordinate and set up new projects that you obtain
  • Perform initial scope and estimate responsibilities as first on-site
  • Coordinate all communication between the client and operations teams
  • Be teachable, coachable, full of integrity and drive
  • You will report to the Director of Large Loss/National Accounts

           

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working for a Disaster Restoration company as a Project Manager  
  • Experience working with end-users and property managers
  • Effective communicator and a Professional disposition
  • Experience developing a database of professionals and vendors (i.e. GA’s, PA’s, insurance companies  and others)
  • Establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished
  • A background with HOA’s and property managers is encouraged
