Job Description

Our client, a stable insurance restoration firm, is in need of your solid commercial restoration industry knowledge to oversee the relationship building process for their Albany, NY and surrounding service area. Immediate Hire!

Business Developer - Commercial

This firm will respond to:

  • Emergency losses.

  • Provides mitigation and reconstruction services.

  • Focusses on all IICRC related losses.

In this front-line Commercial Business Development role, you will:

  • Oversee the relationship building process for new clients.

  • Establish solid working connections to increase business volume.

  • Care for commercial contacts needing mitigation and reconstruction.

Qualifications



  • 2+ years of disaster restoration experience.

  • Commercial Business Development in disaster restoration experience.

  • Ability to demonstrate previous relationship development inside of Disaster
    Restoration.

  • A working knowledge of sales software.

  • Ability to manage time.

  • Strong attention to communication.

  • MUST be able to pass a Background Check.

  • MUST be able to pass a Drug Screen.

  • MUST be able to verify a clean Driving Record.

  • MUST be able to provide a valid Driver’s License.

Additional Information

  • The position offers a competitive income up to $75,000.00 base and
    incentives
    (depending upon experience).

  • Commission is available for this sales role.
