- Design cohesive channel solutions that support simple, secure and consistent member experiences across Rest’s digital, service and partner touchpoints.
- Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, assumptions, constraints and trade-offs, including non-functional requirements such as security, privacy, resilience, scalability, performance, maintainability and operational readiness.
- Partner with delivery, engineering, cyber security, risk, data, operations and vendor teams to guide implementation and maintain alignment to the agreed architecture intent.
- Prepare and present architecture artefacts, options papers and recommendations for endorsement through the Architecture Governance Forum (AGF) and other relevant governance forums.
- Contribute to architecture assets, digital/channel patterns, reference models and standards to improve consistency, reuse and long-term maintainability across Rest’s technology landscape.
- Monitor relevant digital, channel, member experience and personalisation technology trends, assessing their implications and opportunities for Rest’s strategic initiatives and future channel capabilities.
