Join us as the Head of Digital Growth & Onboarding, where you will lead the development of simple, trusted and effective digital experiences that support employer engagement, onboarding, servicing and public-facing discovery.
Reporting to the General Manager, Digital you will provide senior digital leadership for Rest’s growth and onboarding digital experiences, with accountability for the strategy, performance and continuous improvement of the Employer Servicing Channels and Rest Public Website. - Lead the strategy, roadmap and performance management for Rest’s Employer Servicing Channels and Public Website, ensuring each channel delivers simple, trusted and effective experiences for employers, members and prospective members.
- Set clear digital growth and onboarding priorities, balancing employer and member value, acquisition and conversion outcomes, operational impact, risk, compliance, technology feasibility, delivery capacity and measurable business outcomes.
- Provide senior leadership across cross-functional teams to deliver channel enhancements, onboarding improvements and digital capabilities that increase employer engagement, onboarding completion, public website conversion and self-service adoption.
- Drive an integrated channel approach across employer servicing and public website touchpoints, ensuring consistent journeys, aligned service standards and effective handoffs between digital, marketing, sales and operational channels.
- Partner with Employer Growth, Marketing, Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance and external providers to translate strategy into robust, accessible, secure, scalable and operationally sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to the selection and implementation of a CRM platform for Employer Growth, ensuring requirements, data, integration, adoption and operational readiness considerations are aligned with Employer Growth priorities and digital channel strategies.
- Lead the integration of CRM-enabled journeys, insights and service capabilities across Digital channels, including employer servicing channels and the Public Website, to support more connected, personalised and measurable employer experiences.
- Use employer, member and market insights, analytics, research and channel performance measures to identify improvement opportunities, optimise experiences and inform future investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Establish and govern clear delivery, release readiness, risk, dependency and benefits realisation practices across digital growth and onboarding initiatives, maintaining visibility of progress and value for senior stakeholders.
- Build digital leadership capability and ways of working across teams, supporting strong prioritisation, disciplined execution, continuous improvement and a growth-focused, employer-first service culture.
- Support the Rest Digital team to achieve strategic objectives, define and meet relevant Key Member Outcomes (KMOs), employer outcomes and KPIs, and provide clear reporting on channel performance, delivery outcomes, risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications or Marketing or a similar discipline.
- Domain expertise in digital growth, public website management, employer servicing channels, onboarding journeys and channel performance. Proven digital leadership experience in financial services or a comparable regulated environment.
- Experience in Agile ways of working and team transformation.
- Extensive experience in leadership roles with a customer-focus.
- Experience negotiating vendor contractual service requirements and managing vendor partners and key relationships with external agencies.
- Experience contributing to CRM or comparable enterprise platform selection, implementation and integration, including requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, vendor engagement, channel integration, adoption planning and benefits realisation.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting customer, employer and user experience design delivery, including public website optimisation, onboarding journey improvement and digital self-service adoption.
