As a Technology Support Analyst, you'll provide a seamless technology experience for our employees through a blend of remote Service Desk and onsite support. You'll troubleshoot a broad range of technology issues, support onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain workplace and collaboration technology, and work closely with colleagues and vendors to keep our people connected, productive and supported. What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver responsive end-user support across Service Desk and onsite channels.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity and workplace technology issues.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding and device lifecycle management.
  • Maintain meeting room, AV and collaboration technologies.
  • Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve user outcomes.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify trends and recommend enhancements to support processes and the employee technology experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering end-user technology support in a corporate or enterprise environment across both Service Desk and onsite support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, collaboration tools, networking and workplace technology.
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience managing incidents and requests through ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and identity or access-related technologies.
  • Exposure to meeting room, AV and collaboration technologies.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding and end-user device lifecycle management.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications. ITIL v4 Foundation is advantageous.
