People are at the heart of our success, and we're looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and high-performing team, partnering with leaders across the business during one of the busiest and most impactful periods of the year. You'll be someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and is motivated by achieving outcomes for the collective success of the team.

As a trusted adviser to leaders, you'll provide both strategic and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll partner with executives and people leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions that support business performance and great employee experiences.

You'll contribute across a broad range of people initiatives, including:

  • Leadership coaching and capability development
  • Employee relations and case management
  • Organisational design and workforce planning
  • Talent attraction, retention and succession planning
  • Performance and reward conversations
  • Employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Change management and business transformation activities
  • Partnering with Centres of Excellence to deliver key people priorities and projects

Qualifications

We're looking for a seasoned People Partner who can quickly build credibility, navigate complexity and confidently support leaders through a range of people challenges and opportunities.

  • Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner role
  • Experience within financial services, superannuation, insurance, professional services and/or technology environments highly regarded 
  • Strong employee relations and employment legislation expertise
  • Well-developed coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial mindset and ability to balance people outcomes with business priorities
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • The flexibility to step into an established team and provide support wherever it's needed most
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to shared team outcomes
