Join Rest’s Client Services team to turn data into decisions that drive better outcomes for members, employers and partners. In this role you’ll work closely with the Head of Business Performance and key stakeholders to lift operational efficiency, sales effectiveness and client experience. You’ll use your skills in SQL, Tableau Cloud and modern data platforms to translate complex data into clear insights, dashboards and recommendations that support informed, data‑driven decisions.
What you’ll do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear user stories and requirements.
- Analyse and model data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across sales, account management and operations.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable timely, data‑driven decisions.
- Maintain and enhance CRM and related systems to ensure accurate, reliable data and reporting.
- Own performance reporting for key KPIs and metrics, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- IIBA® or similar industry standard certification preferred.
- Advanced diplomas or certifications in business management, data analytics, project management can be advantageous.
Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
- Experience in a similar analytics / business performance role, ideally in financial services.
- Strong skills in SQL, Tableau (or similar) and working with modern data platforms.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
- Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria; exposure to Agile ways of working
