As a key member of the Organisational Capability & Performance team, the Coordinator supports the delivery of both business-as-usual programs and strategic initiatives aligned to Rest’s People Strategy.
This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure enterprise-wide learning and development programs are implemented effectively, driving growth, development, and transformation across the organisation.
It also plays a critical role in maintaining and improving the systems and processes that underpin the team’s remit, enabling consistent execution and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Manage multiple OD and L&D initiatives concurrently, ensuring timelines, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning events, including vendor onboarding, participant scheduling, stakeholder diary management, communications, venue setup (onsite and online), and logistics.
Systems and Records Management
- Maintain accurate learning records (e.g. attendance, schedules, participant lists) using Excel and learning management systems.
- Administer access and usage of learning platforms, ensuring data integrity and user support.
- Maintain and update e-learning modules in collaboration with subject matter experts across the business and People & Culture.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for enterprise initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Extract and analyse training data from L&D systems to inform program effectiveness and continuous improvement in Excel.
- Track spend against approved budgets and process vendor invoices.
Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Support regular evaluation cycles to assess the impact of OD and L&D programs.
- Contribute to the refinement of systems, processes, and templates that enhance team efficiency and program quality.
- Develop high-quality presentations and communications materials using Word and PowerPoint.
Facility Oversight
- Manage internal, onsite training spaces, ensuring readiness and suitability for learning activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience or relevant qualifications in a field similar to L&D, OD or Talent Management/HR
Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external learning programs, events, and conferences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience in managing and analysing learning data, with a focus on actionable reporting.
