Job Description
Updating and uploading bench consultants resumes on a daily basis.
Getting suitable requirements from vendors & job portals for our bench Consultants.
Negotiating rates, taking confirmation from vendors and submitting profiles to vendors.
Updating consultants about the status of the requirement/ submissions.
Interacting with vendors on a daily basis in order to identify requirements that suit the skill sets of our bench consultants.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with consultants and vendors.
Maintain Database of all Consultants/vendors which ever submitted and Rejected by clients.
Should be well versed in tax terms like C2C, C2H and W2 etc.
Also have good knowledge on Job types like Contract, C2H, Full Time, Part Time etc and payments options like Net 30 and Net 45.
Experienced in marketing the OPT?s, H1B, EAD,USC and GC Holder's.
Co-ordinating on the Client Interview Schedules with Vendors and consultants.
Create & Manage the Database of Prospective Candidates.
Coordinating with interview Process and getting the feedbacks.
Searching & Screening the candidates suitable for the Requirements.
Capable of Negotiating and persuading the candidates to join the client on time.
Should be an expert in using internet recruiting tools viz. Monster, Dice, Career Builder, GoogleGroups,Lin.
Prepare and maintain daily / weekly MIS reports for personal and management reference.
Qualifications
Should have 3-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment
Education: B. Tech / B.E.
