Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT - (Contract or Perm) - Hybrid - (2 to 3 days a week in the Amsterdam office with travel to the Belgium office) - Must be fluent in Dutch and English
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier Software Test Engineers and Cyber Security professionals for our organisation. You will play a crucial part in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in these technical domains.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled Software Test Engineers and Cyber Security professionals
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and cybersecurity
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships and promote the company's employer brand
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT recruitment, preferably in software testing or cybersecurity fields
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and cybersecurity principles
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of the Dutch labour market and employment laws (desirable)
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, REC) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
