Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Demand & Lead Generation (Prospects & Candidates): Develop and execute creative and effective marketing programs targeting medium to large enterprises, utilizing social media, trade shows, and other relevant channels to convert potential candidates and prospects into leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Deliver go-to-market solution/use case support materials and training materials to support the sales team and enhance the buying experience.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Collaborate with the Global Marketing Director, Business Managers, sales, and practice leaders to develop tailored campaigns for our key industry sectors.
  • Tactical Sales Plays: Collaborate with the Business Development sales team to devise and execute tactical sales play campaigns.
  • Event Management: Design and deliver event management programs, including trade shows, conferences, 1:1 networking meetings, round tables, and webinars, focused on our key solution areas, target industries, and buyer personas.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with practice leads and thought leaders to create engaging content such as blogs, whitepapers, and articles.
  • Digital Optimization: Coordinate with the digital marketing lead to optimize the web and social media experience for the global and local market.
  • Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with marketing, event, content, and design agencies as needed.

 

Qualifications

What do you bring to the table?

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in media, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience: 3-5+ years of experience developing B2B digital and event-driven demand generation campaigns.
    • Ideally within IT services, and a big plus if in sectors like Cyber Security, Quality Engineering, Device and Software Testing, SaaS, and similar industries.
  • MarTech tools: Experience with Salesforce.com Marketing Account Engagement email marketing tool and/or other marketing automation tools.
  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce.com.
    • Basic experience with demand generation platforms. Examples include Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, HubSpot, Demand Base, 6Sense, Cognisum, ZoomInfo, etc.
    • Ideally, you have knowledge or experience with a sales intelligence and prospecting platform like Lusha.
  • Third-party lead gen collaborations: Experience executing content syndication and lead generation campaigns via platforms (e.g., BrightTalk and TechTarget, or others).
  • Business development: Experience driving demand generation campaigns. Ideally targeting IT and security profiles in medium to large enterprises within sectors like telecom, media, energy & utilities, healthcare, finance, and consumer electronics.
  • Creative campaigns: A proven track record of creating marketing programs that generate measurable demand and engagement.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to measure and interpret data, demonstrating progress against goals.
  • Remote work: Comfortable with remote work and autonomy.
  • Some leadership experience (formal or informal)

Location:

  • Belgium, Hasselt - Hybrid (Assigned to the Hasselt office 3-5 days a week).
  • Flexible and partly remote working is an option.
  • Occasional travel within Europe and the UK is required.
