Strategic Leadership (People & Strategy - 60%)

In this global role, you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing a coherent IT strategy that supports the organization's goals and needs across different business units (countries).

You will lead and drive a small team of IT professionals, ensuring that they understand the strategic vision and can put it into practice.

Fostering a consistent company culture that reflects cybersecurity and software testing is essential.

Business Support on a Global Scale (Business Support - 30%)

You will understand Resillion's complex business needs and processes worldwide within software testing and cyber security.

You translate technical initiatives into tangible business value and ensure that IT is a strategic partner for all business areas.

Communication on a global scale and balancing regional specificities with a unified business approach are part of your tasks.

Global Infrastructure Management (Infrastructure - 10%)

You will be responsible for managing the global IT infrastructure, focusing on security, performance, and scalability.

You ensure that the infrastructure meets the highest security standards, taking into account the regulations and legislation in different regions.

Efficiently managing technology resources and implementing unified, cost-effective IT infrastructure across multiple locations are essential.

Job requirements

Training and Certification

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, for example, computer science or business administration.

Certifications in cybersecurity, IT management, and leadership are a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in server management, network administration, and VPN configuration.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with storage management and IT infrastructure operating costs.

Security Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, and ISO 27001 standards.

Experience in vulnerability assessment, compliance reporting, and IT audit.

Team Management:

Proven leadership in cross-cultural team management.

Certification in Strategic Management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.

Project Management:

Strong project management skills, especially in migration activities and cloning.

Familiarity with strategic planning and cost management.

Cloud Technology:

Proficient in cloud technologies and their integration into IT infrastructure.

Experience in managing cloud-based services and ensuring data security.
