Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to optimize and streamline our sales processes within Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on sales processes, and a strong understanding of CRM integration and customization. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, forecasting reliability, and driving overall sales efficiency within Salesforce CRM. Additionally, they will generate insightful dashboard reports for the leadership team, oversee the sales process closure, and effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and optimize end-to-end sales processes within Salesforce CRM.

Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and forecasting reliability.

Integrate Salesforce CRM with other systems to enhance efficiency and streamline sales operations.

Generate insightful dashboard reports for the leadership team, providing key metrics and performance indicators.

Oversee the sales process closure, from lead generation to account creation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows within Salesforce CRM.

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and collaboration.

 

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on sales processes.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM administration and configuration.

Strong understanding of CRM integration and customization.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salesforce Administrator Certification.

 

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

Experience with other CRM platforms.

Experience in sales operations or sales management roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
