  • Distinguish between positive and negative sentiment and identify relevant risk information and sources.
  • Label text and risk indicators using predefined categories, rules, and established workflows.
  • Apply basic business-conduct risk concepts when reviewing and categorizing information.
  • Use automated data-labelling tools and learn how to recognize obvious mismatches or unexpected automated results.
  • Validate AI-generated or automated outputs against sources, apply RepRisk methodology, and adhere to established quality standards.
  • Conduct online research to gather the context needed to support accurate data curation.
  • Complete assigned work accurately, consistently, and within agreed timelines.
  • Escalate unclear cases, potential errors, and data-quality concerns to experienced analysts or supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, decisions, and relevant communications.
  • Participate actively in team activities, share progress and challenges, and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
  • Seek and apply feedback to strengthen analytical judgment, data quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Recent graduate or up to approximately 1.5 years of professional, internship, research, or other relevant experience.
  • Experience involving research, content analysis, data labelling, quality review, or structured information processing is an advantage, but not required.
