About You
Are you a student with a keen interest in IT support, looking to enhance your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting? Can you envision yourself as a key member of a dynamic team with a focus on Jira Service Desk (cloud) and Microsoft 365 Admin center? How do you feel about playing a significant role in ensuring smooth operations, not just for the RepRisk Zurich Team locally, but also for our staff in various locations around the world?

Your Responsibilities
As our new Part-Time (40-50%) Technical Support, you'll play a vital role in supporting RepRisk's growth and global reach. You'll join our global Engineering division and report to the Team Lead of IT Support, based in Berlin, Germany. Your role will be tailored to accommodate your academic schedule, offering a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the IT field while you complete your studies. Moreover, you will:
Global
- Onboarding/offboarding of users and account administration, access, and permission management.
- Provide support to all staff across all office locations (Zurich, Berlin, Toronto, Manila, London, Tokyo), in particular with regards to their use of office apps and collaboration tools.
- Keeping policies and documents updated.
Local (Zurich Office)
- Provide onsite/remote support and maintenance for laptop, software/hardware, and network infrastructure in RepRisk Zurich office.
- Inventory and asset accountability documentation and processing of hardware.
Qualifications
You Offer
- Minimum 6 month of support working experience, preferably technical support.
- Experience with Jira Service Desk (cloud) or similar ticketing applications is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin center is a plus.
- Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and skills troubleshooting expertise.
- Analytical and structured thinking, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution.
- Strong communication skills with a proficiency in English, every other language is a plus.
