Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role blends the technical depth of data engineering with the strategic insight of business analytics responsible for understanding the business functions & developing scalable data solutions, analytics and delivering actionable insights to the business.

What will you be getting up to? 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of talking to people across IT and business, as well as to stakeholders at various levels of the company,

  • Hands-on approach, proactive and self starting

  • Desire to deliver the best quality and meet the client’s needs

  • Willingness to self-study and learn new skills to handle any upcoming tasks

  • Strong prioritisation and communication skills

  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details

  • Encourages people to question and challenge practices or procedures that are not fit for purpose

  • Strong proficiency in SQL & Analytics tools.

  • Self motivated and able to work effectively in a team
