Renovco specializing in all interior home renovations and additions is looking for a talented, and motivated Sales Representative/ Project Consultant with experience in sales and an interest in residential and commercial construction.

- Finding leads for potential sales opportunities

- Meeting with prospective clients

- Quote projects, follow up on leads and close sales

- Adhering to sales goals/ targets

- Assisting in Renovco showroom Sales

- Promote add on sales, project benefits and services such as installation

- Inform customers of current promotions and financing options

- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Preparing scopes of work alongside the design department and project management

- Facilitate communication between the job, clients, company, suppliers and contractors.

- Resolving and troubleshooting job site issues.

- Previous sales field experience

- Bilingual

- Background/knowledge in construction/renovation

- Understanding of Building Codes

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work under Pressure and exceptional time management

- Professional and courteous disposition

- Valid driver’s license

- Estimating experience an asset
