In this Sales Executive role, you'll use your team-building skills to continue our growth in the Nashville market.  Your strong relationship building and influencing abilities, leadership negotiation and business development skills will be necessary in this position. Qualifications

Our Nashville Sales Executive is responsible Renovation Systems’ sales performance, including leading our team and our clients to ensure we all deliver our promises. This position has the following responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining and growing a local/regional portfolio

  • Writing proposals, estimates, specifications, schedules and briefs

  • Planning, researching and creative brainstorming

  • Previous Flooring experience required

  • Must be detail-oriented, highly-organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Managing and meeting sales goals

  • Bi-lingual abilities are a bonus
