Willingness to work in, and accept responsibility for, detailed accuracy in a fast-paced environment.  The ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and provide prompt and accurate measurements to internal staff are critical. Estimator works directly with Senior Estimator, Operations Leadership, Sr Account Executive - Interiors Division, and Carpenters. Provides accurate measurements and general information in response to sales personnel requests. 

• Create bids using templates created by Senior Estimator
• 2020 drawings, cut sheets & vendor bids
• Identify building codes
• Assist Internal Project Manager with design changes
• Review quotes for accuracy
• Keep Smartsheet Property Scope updated
• Send bid to client
• Create Quotewerk Template
• Review all templates
• Assist Sales Leadership as needed
• System projects and database audits as needed.
• Provide weekly activity reports as requested by his/her supervisor.
• Other duties/tasks as directed by manager

• 2-3 years estimating experience
• A professional appearance and speaking manner is critical to success. This individual will be reliable, motivated to succeed, and must present a positive, professional attitude and appearance;
• Previous CAD and computer software experience are highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to communicate across a diverse customer/client/staff base; 
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or enhanced technical training is a plus; 
• 2020;
• Good interpersonal skills are required for interaction with internal staff and external customers;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products;
• Ability to read and interpret building blueprints; 
• Detail oriented.  
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean MVR
• Ability to work overtime
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
