The Milwaukee Operations Manager is responsible for Renovation Systems’ operational performance, including customer relationship development in the Milwaukee area. This position has the following responsibilities:

• Scheduling / Management / Process Improvement / Customer Service

• Working with HR to manage all aspects of labor including maintaining sufficient labor resources at all times and scheduling labor adequately

• Recruiting and managing sub-contractor resources

• Maintaining and promoting positive team morale

• Previous Flooring experience required

• Must be detail oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and
  adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

• Bi-lingual abilities are a bonus.
