• Invoicing
• Preparing and managing receivables 
• Reviewing contracts
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Preparing monthly invoices
• Sending out customer statements
• Reviewing aging report and follow up on delinquent accounts
• Recording customer payments and make deposits
• Answering customer inquiries
• Researching discrepancies on customer accounts
• Other accounting assignments
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 year college degree in accounting or related field
• Three to Four years minimum of accounting experience
• Experience with accounting in the construction industry is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• Quickbooks experience is a plus
• Understanding automated systems and working with systems analysts is a plus
