Renovation Systems is currently looking for an energized IT Support Specialist to join our team and assist internal customers on technical questions relating to software, troubleshooting and/or setup. 

• Facilitate a customer service oriented environment where all departments are encouraged to seek help and are satisfied with the guidance provided
• Perform set up, maintenance and repair of end-user devices including desktop computers, laptops, printers, Android/iOS phones, and more
• Resolve end user problems and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
• Tracking inventory of hardware equipment
• Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users

• 2+ years Technical Support experience
• Friendly, customer-service driven attitude
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff on IT systems
• Up-to-date knowledge of information systems and technologies
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
