This position requires a motivated individual with proven success in sales. Specific knowledge of floor covering and/or related areas of home construction are beneficial. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience is required. The selected individual, after completion of a 60-90 day orientation period, will work closely with his/her Supervisor, Senior Account Executive and other staff to ensure a high volume of sales. A trained Account Manager must be adept at measuring estimating and bidding, as they are critical success factors in this role. This individual will be self-motivated, able to interact successfully with a diverse client base and, through professional appearance, skills and knowledge, meet sales goals by increasing client base and sales volume.

• 2-4 year college degree preferably in marketing/sales, communication, or business
• 2-3 years previous experience in floor coverings sales/ the multi-housing industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals
• Valid driver's license is required
