Job Description

Job Summary

  1. Provide operational and technical support to achieve department and organizational objectives.
  2. Collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  3. Ensure compliance with Environmental Quality Act (EQA), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct inspections and perform minor repairs on building facilities, including walls, roofs, floors, doors, gates, and internal roads.
  2. Monitor, coordinate, and supervise vendors during maintenance and project activities.
  3. Support engineers in the operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of Fire Protection Systems, Gas Supply Systems, Exhaust Systems, and Vacuum Systems.
  4. Ensure all related sensors and instrumentation are calibrated according to the required schedule and standards.
  5. Support energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives.
  6. Assist in facility improvement projects and other maintenance-related activities as assigned.
  7. Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, service requests, work permits, and tracking maintenance-related administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related Engineering discipline, with experience in building facilities maintenance and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
