Job Description
Supply chain planning covering from OSAT to end customer shipment. Main activities are to ensure supply starting from wafer level to OSAT ship out , testing are all aligned and on time to support the backlog commits to customers. Support hot expedites and upsides to avoid line down and to support business growth. Work towards meeting bottom line which includes Revenue, OTD and Free cash flow Key Responsibilities
- ·Supply Chain/Backlog Management
- ·Wafer bank release and Assembly Die kitting
- ·Inventory control, Days of inventory management , contribute to profit margin
- ·Manage shipment estimates to meet revenue plan
- ·Responsible for customer OTD and CRD
- ·Supporting worldwide Sales/Marketing/CSR
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline with relevant working experiences for at least 3-5 years.
- Proficient in spreadsheet , excel formulas , Power BI and good to have SAP and RR relevant knowledge .
- Possess good communication skills, Proactive, Agile and Teamwork orientated
