Job Description
The Staff HR Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining the organization's HR technology landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure the efficient operation of HR systems, integrations, and business-critical processes.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, a deep understanding of HR processes and data, and experience working with system configuration, reporting, payroll, time management, and integrations. The role requires a collaborative and consultative approach to delivering reliable technology solutions and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software applications.
- Configure and maintain HR and payroll system functionality, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Support payroll, workforce management, and core HR processes across multiple regions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, payroll, and integration-related issues.
- Support integrations between HR systems, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver enhancements and projects.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, release management, and change implementation activities.
- Experience configuring and supporting enterprise systems and business processes.
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience troubleshooting integration-related issues and supporting system interfaces.
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools.

Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Time Management, and Workforce Management processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR systems such as:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- SAP HCM
- SAP S/4HANA
- Workforce Software
- Experience troubleshooting system integrations and data-related issues.
- Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and best-practice knowledge.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like PowerBI, MDP.
- Understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and system configuration.
- Understanding of integration concepts, middleware, APIs, and file-based interfaces.
- Experience using Jira and ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP CPI.
- Understanding of integration concepts, middleware, APIs, and file-based interfaces.
